Earnest Milton

Mr. Milton, 59, died Nov. 19, 2003, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. He was born in Lincoln County on June 27, 1944, to George Milton and Ethelene Braxton Milton.

He was employed at Delphi Packard Electric Systems in Brookhaven, and was an Army veteran. He was a graduate of Eva Harris High School, and attended Alcorn State University. He was a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Bogue Chitto, where he served in the choir. He was a member of the Truck Club.

Preceding him in death were his father; a sister, Loretha Terrell; and his brother, Robert Milton.

Survivors are his mother, Ethelene Braxton Milton of Bogue Chitto; his daughter, Bridget Milton Sanders of Germany; and his sisters, Lena P. Rodriguez, Darlene Jackson and Glean Wells, all of Bogue Chitto, Lucille Underwood of Mass., and Linda K. Smith of Brookhaven.
